The management reserve the right to alter salon prices at their own discretion without any prior notice.

  • Our price structure reflects the educational level of our stylists which is determined by training and practical experience. We reserve the right to change a stylists level at any time without notice.

  • All deposit payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of your booked appointment.

  • Eskay Hair’s will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your property while in the salon.

  • In the event of any dispute, Eskay Hair’s decision is final.

  • Eskay Hair’s withholds the right to withdraw all offers at any point.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to ask you to move your appointment to another day or move to another stylist in the salon.

  • New clients will receive 15% off their first appointment when booking online. This does not include retail purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Not valid with Advanced Stylist or Advanced Senior Stylist.

Cancellation Policy

  • When cancelling, we require 48 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to add an additional charge to your next appointment for anyone who cancels within 48 hours. This Charge will be 50% of the booked service(s).

  • A charge will be made for no show appointments and added to your next appointment.

Deposits

  • All new clients must pay a 50% deposit fee to secure their booked appointment.

  • Eskay Hair understands that some people cannot make their appointments due to extreme circumstances, therefore the deposit can be carried over 3 appointments. If the 3rd appointment is also cancelled, the deposit will be put through and no longer refundable. No shows will lose their deposit.

Under 16’s

  • Under 16’s cannot receive any technical services, even with parental consent.

  • All our offers exclude children up to the age of 16 unless the offer specifically states children’s discount applies.

  • Children prices are not valid with our Advanced Stylist or Advanced Senior Stylist.

  • We reserve the right to charge extra if the child has thicker hair.

Technical Services

  • A skin test is required 48 hours before any technical appointment.

  • We require a consultation before your appointment to discuss what you would like to achieve, how we can do it and what we can use.

Gift Vouchers

  • These cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

  • Once purchased, the voucher will be valid for 6 months.

  • The card can be loaded with no more than £100.

  • Any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

  • The card will not be replaced if lost.

  • The amount on the voucher will not be exchangeable for cash.

  • The gift vouchers will not be valid without the expiry date.

  • Gift vouchers can only be used for services in salons and not for retail purchases.

 Retail Products

  • Retail products will only be refunded if unopened and must include a receipt with proof of purchase.

Offers

  • Offers can not be used in conjunction with each other.

  • All offers are not valid during December.

  • Colour offers do not include colour corrections, toners or parting & hairline Foils unless stated otherwise.

  • These can not be exchanged for cash.

  • All offers are for full services only.

  • All offers are not valid with our Advanced Stylist or Advanced Senior Stylist
